Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ElevenOS, the HR, attendance, and payroll platform operated by ElevenChase ("ElevenChase", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing up for a trial, or otherwise using ElevenOS, an organization ("Customer") and its authorized users accept these Terms.

ElevenOS provides workspace tools for employee records, attendance, leave, approvals, payroll workflows, and related HR operations. We may add, change, or retire features over time as the product evolves.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into their workspace, for configuring appropriate roles and permissions, and for the actions taken under their organization's account.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for using ElevenOS only for legitimate HR and workforce purposes authorized by their organization.

ElevenOS may not be used to store or process data unlawfully, to attempt to access another Customer's workspace, to disrupt or probe the security of the platform, or to reverse engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing, which will be communicated in advance.

ElevenChase retains all rights to the ElevenOS platform, including its software, design, and branding. Customers retain ownership of the data they submit to their workspace, as described in our Privacy Policy.

A Customer may stop using ElevenOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the security or integrity of the platform, with notice where reasonably possible.

ElevenOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenChase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms as ElevenOS evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below, and continued use of ElevenOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
